Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to lead and motivate our team of sales professionals. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving team performance, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in providing guidance, coaching, and support to team members, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.

Education and Experience:

1. Graduation or equivalent any degree.
2. Prior experience in Sales strategy, Business development and Team management is preferred, but not mandatory.

Requirements:

1. Minimum age required is 27 years.
2. Proven experience as a Team Leader or in a similar leadership role.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
6. Ability to motivate and inspire team members to deliver exceptional performance.
7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
8. Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
9. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support.
2. Set performance targets and monitor individual and team performance.
3. Train and develop team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
4. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching.
5. Implement sales strategies and initiatives to achieve team targets.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
7. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
8. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
