Job Description: We are currently looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and managing the overall sales operations.
Education and Experience:
- 10+2 / Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in sales and marketing is preferred, but not mandatory.
Requirements:
- Minimum age required is 21 years.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, setting clear goals and expectations.
- Monitor sales activities and provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets to expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales campaigns.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports and present them to the management team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
