Job Description: We are seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team as Telecallers. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and generating leads for our sales team. Your goal will be to engage prospects, provide them with information about our offerings, and schedule appointments for further discussions.

Education and Experience:

1. !0+2 / Diploma or equivalent.
2. Prior experience in telecalling or sales is preferred, but not mandatory.

Requirements:

1. Minimum age required is 18 years.
2. Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role, preferably in a sales environment.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Persuasive and confident telephone manner.
5. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
6. Strong negotiation and sales skills.
7. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software.

Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers and maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
2. Introduce and promote our products/services to potential customers.
3. Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about our offerings.
4. Follow-up with potential customers to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
5. Maintain a database of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
7. Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
